Hi! I'm Sabina.
I am a Wall Street Sales-Trader turned Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Fitness Instructor on a mission to help busy women make their health a priority. I know first-hand how hard it can be to stay healthy when you're entertaining clients, traveling, stressing out, not sleeping, and just trying to keep it all together. For five years I lived that life at one of the best investment banks in the world, until one day I decided to quit my corporate job to pursue my dream of becoming a health coach.
When I first moved to the city and started working, the lifestyle really got to me. I struggled with weight gain, skin issues, bloating, lack of energy...you name it! For years, I struggled with yo-yo dieting and fads that just didn't work. I was far from healthy and even further from happy. I saw a ton of doctors, all of which prescribed me different medication, none of which could help me feel better.
UNTIL I DISCOVERED THAT FOOD IS MEDICINE AND BEGAN TO CURE MYSELF
It took me a long time to get to where I am today, practicing what some call the 80/20 diet, and what I like to call "The Unprocessed Lifestyle" which really is the opposite of a diet. At the core this lifestyle is SUPER SIMPLE. Eat real, whole, unprocessed foods as much as possible. No calorie counting, no measuring, no intense rules (because aint nobody got time for all that). Then the 20% of the time when you want to indulge, LIVE IT UP, and don’t regret it for one second. I take an extremely holistic approach, and believe strongly in the mind-body connection, so we will dive deep into more than just the food you eat literally. Living unprocessed means cutting out the toxic people, bad energy and negative self-talk as well. When you heal your heart you can heal your mind, When you heal your mind you can heal your body. When you heal all three, your whole life begins to change.
I will share advice that has worked for me, but I want to stress that what works for one person does not work for everyone. You are unique. So when it comes to nutrition and health, one size does not fit all. As a Health coach, I will work with you to figure out what works best for your body and help you achieve your goals:
